Clean Clean

The floor is clean. In one side of the room, there are 2 doors with a television on the table. There are some fan switches on the ceiling. There are also some lights on the ceiling. The toilet is in on corner.

In the other side of the room, there are some drawers with a writing desk, a chair and a wardrobe. Opposite to this corner is a window.

At last, there are some places to sleep in my bedroom. Sometimes, I like to sleep on the bed.

My interest

This piece is based on a motif found widely with in the Arabic as well as the Islamic worldly is commonly used in the everyday life of Arab society – in attire, prater and so on. However, in the wake of recent events this nationalistic motif has gained notoriety and arouses distrust, especially in the western world. lt is interest to observe how a simple everyday object or design can take on such negative associations.

Learning English
